Shared file storage. Lawyers traditionally keep their own file systems and email Word documents to clients, but our clients often share Google Doc and other online file with us. How can we work efficiently with these systems while meeting our legal and ethical duties?
E-signatures. Docusign and other e-signature tools are ubiquitous but not perfect. We will review some recent cases on e-signatures gone wrong, and come up with some best practices to use these tools effectively.
