As officers of the Court, attorneys are obligated to be professional with clients, other parties, opposing counsel, the courts and the public.  This obligation includes being civil and ethical as we work to resolve legal matters.  This panel will explore common civility and ethical issues new lawyers should be aware of during various phases of a legal matter.

- Civility during settlement negotiations
- The Rules of Professional Conduct that intersect with Civility and will be discussed include Rules 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5
