Nancy is a California-licensed Attorney, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, and Managing Partner of Palladian Law Group, with an additional 30 years bank corporate lending and mortgage brokerage experience. Her practice emphasizes business, real estate and wills and trust law. She helps individuals, small businesses and non-profits set up and maintain Partnerships, Corporations, LLCs, LLPs and LLLPs; drafts, negotiates, and reviews contracts and leases, advises on landlord/tenant, boundary, and short-sale/foreclosure issues, and mediates and arbitrates when necessary. She holds International and Public Interest Law Certificates from Santa Clara University School of Law, and is a trained mediator. Her MBA program emphasized Finance and International Business. Nancy is a life member of the Cal Alumni Association and Haas School of Business Alumni Association.
